Relaxation
Having trouble sleeping at night and don't want to take any kind of pills just to help? This is what I do to help me sleep on those occasions when sleep is just out of reach. If you can lie flat on your back or side whichever is more comfortable for you. Then empty your mind of all the thoughts of the day and breathe evenly and slowly. Then when you have managed this start with your feet and think to yourself relax and you will actual feel your feet relax. From there travel upwards until you are completely relaxed, all the while remembering to keep your mind clear of any thought except relaxing. I can usually go right to sleep with no problems whatsoever. Try it and hopefully you will have some very good sleep.
